POOL RECAP:
LeGarrette Blount's 166 rushing yard / 4 touchdown performance landed him on
each of the top 15 rosters for the week.  Blount helped Chase Murray's
WORK
BOOTS
team land the Division Round title.  Besides Blount and QB Kaepernick, who
threw and ran for a score, no other player on
WORK BOOTS' roster found the end
zone.  His kicker didn't even have a field goal, yet everyone contributed in a
blue-collar effort.  Every position player had at least 67 yards.  Anquan Boldin was
the best of the bunch with 8 catches for 136 yards.  The Niners' defense had 5 sacks
and 2 interceptions.

Before the start of the Sunday late game, the
WORK BOOTS team was finished and
had packed up their lunch pails and had gone home, but not before every skill
position and the defense contributed at least 7 fantasy points to the cause and the
team led the Pool in points.  At that point, Larry Billelo's squad sat less than 6
fantasy points behind WORK BOOTS with Eric Decker, Andre Caldwell and Joel
Dreesen yet to play.  It ended in disappointment for Billelo as receivers Decker
(2-32) and Caldwell (1-15) were week two busts and Joel Dreesen never entered the
game.  The Billelo squad settled for second place.  Decker's performance was
frustrating as he appeared headed for a TD on a punt return before he tripped in
the open field.  He also failed to bring down a target in the end zone which led to
an interception at the end of the first half.
